SLEPc: Scalable Library for Eigenvalue Problem Computations

We are pleased to announce the release of SLEPc 2.3.0. This release is 
compatible with PETSc 2.3.0. In this new version, some new features have 
been added, most significantly a new Lanczos solver (see 
docs/changes.htm for details). Also, starting in this version, SLEPc 
includes a configuration script similar to PETSc's. As always, we 
recommend all users to upgrade to the new version.
