[slepc-announce] New SLEPc release - 2.3.2

SLEPc: Scalable Library for Eigenvalue Problem Computations

We are pleased to announce the release of SLEPc 2.3.2. This release is a
major milestone in the development of SLEPc since it includes a new
Krylov-Schur eigensolver, a state-of-the-art algorithm in the sparse
eigenvalue scenario. Additional new features are listed in
http://www.grycap.upv.es/slepc/changes.htm. This version can be used
with both PETSc 2.3.2 and 2.3.1.

We recommend all users to upgrade to this new version. Please send bug
reports, questions, and requests for new features to
slepc-maint at grycap.upv.es
