[slepc-announce] New SLEPc release - 3.5

SLEPc: Scalable Library for Eigenvalue Problem Computations

We are pleased to announce the release of SLEPc 3.5.

The major changes in this version are:
- New solver class for polynomial eigenvalue problems (PEP), replaces QEP.
- Support for defining a region of the complex plane for filtering.
- New NEP solver: polynomial interpolation using PEP.

This release includes contributions from: Y. Maeda, T. Sakurai (CISS solver), M. Moldaschl, W. Gansterer (BDC subroutines).

This version is compatible with PETSc 3.5 only. As always, we recommend all users to upgrade to this new version.
