[slepc-announce] New SLEPc release - 3.6

SLEPc: Scalable Library for Eigenvalue Problem Computations

We are pleased to announce the release of SLEPc 3.6.

The major changes in this version are:
- New eigensolvers: LOBPCG, PEP-JD, NEP-CISS
- Command-line options to easily view the computed solution, e.g. -eps_view_vectors binary:myvecs.bin
- Improved support for regions (RG) and math functions (FN).

This release includes contributions from: Y. Maeda, T. Sakurai (CISS solvers).

This version is compatible with PETSc 3.6 only. As always, we recommend all users to upgrade to this new version.
