[slepc-announce] New SLEPc release - 3.4

SLEPc: Scalable Library for Eigenvalue Problem Computations

We are pleased to announce the release of SLEPc 3.4.

The major changes in this version are:
- New EPS solver: contour integral (CISS).
- New solver class for nonlinear eigenvalue problems (NEP).
- New solver class to compute the action of a matrix function on a vector (MFN).

This release includes contributions from: Tetsuya Sakurai (CISS solver).

This version is compatible with PETSc 3.4 only. As always, we recommend all users to upgrade to this new version.
