[slepc-announce] SLEPc repo moved to bitbucket.org

This announcement is relevant for users of SLEPc's *development* version.

The SLEPc repository and development version (formerly known as slepc-dev) has changed:
- We have migrated the repository to bitbucket.org
- We now use git instead of subversion

The new repository is accessible for cloning and tracking changes here:

  https://bitbucket.org/slepc/slepc

The development workflow will be similar to PETSc's. The master branch of SLEPc will be kept in sync with the master branch of PETSc. Additional info can be found here: http://www.grycap.upv.es/slepc/download
